• Kiana Flippin-Crews, RIC

    Kiana Flippin Crews is a Virginia Resident in Counseling, she has passed her NCMHCE exam and is completing her hours toward licensure. Kiana graduated from William and Mary’s Clinical Mental Health program. Even before graduating Kiana has been working in the mental health field. She has significant  experience with community based mental health interventions. Kiana has worked with diverse populations and prides herself on her approach that combines empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard to support her clients on their journey towards healing and self-acceptance.

    Kiana enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, phase of life concerns and life transitions. Some of the modalities Kiana uses include CBT, shadow work, person centered and solution focused.  Kiana prides herself on a deep understanding of the human psyche.  “I guide my clients through the exploration of their shadow selves, helping them uncover and integrate their hidden aspects”.

    Kiana is creative and easy going in her approach. Kiana works with teens 14+, adults and couples. Kiana is LQBTQIA+ affirming. Kiana loves music and creates a space for creative and deep expression.
