Welcome! One of my favorite sayings is “Practice makes progress, not perfect”. Sometimes, you just need a safe space to practice new responses to big emotions, process big changes, and to hear your own thoughts reflected back in order to gain new perspectives. I believe the therapeutic process can guide you through a journey of self-discovery, help you practice tools to support yourself through challenging times, and to come to solutions that make sense for your personal goals.

With a decade of experience supporting clients in a psychiatric hospital setting, I aim to provide a culturally safe & trauma responsive approach to care using cognitive-behavioral based & solution-focused techniques. My client-centered philosophy puts the client first in supporting your goals for therapy. I also love making sure that black, brown and marginalized people feel particularly seen and supported in a safe therapeutic environment.

Sounds like a good fit? Then I would be excited to work with you! I look forward to assisting as you practice reflecting, healing, and embracing new beginnings!
